Information & Policies
 At Christine's Pet Service, we are dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable and fun experience for your pet while you’re away. The following guidelines help us do so:
Identification tag & collar is required for all pets.
Leashed walks only when outside the home or outside of the client’s fenced property.
No substitutions will be made for a petsitter without the client’s knowledge & consent.
No unauthorized individuals will be allowed into a client’s home without the client’s prior knowledge & consent.
Reservations: At least 24-hour notice during non-peak periods. During holidays & weekends, we suggest you make a reservation at least 2 weeks in advance or we may not have availability.
Standard requirements: Current vaccination records & emergency contact information. All medication must be clearly labeled. 
Health/Vaccination Requirements: Proof of up-to-date vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian for rabies, DHLPP and Bordetella; Cats must be vaccinated for rabies and FVRCP. All pets must be spayed or neutered. Must be receiving monthly flea and tick control treatment, year 'round. 
Special requirements: Please mention special needs when you make your reservation. We will do everything in our power to accommodate your request.
Medical care: If your pet develops any health problems and medical treatment is needed, we will make a reasonable effort to reach the guardian and/or emergency contacts immediately. We will pursue treatment with either your veterinarian or an emergency treatment facility. Treatment may include, but is not limited to, injections, medications and diagnostic testing. Christine's Pet Service will pay for treatment when veterinary services are rendered, but the pet guardian/caretaker is responsible for reimbursement at time of pick up.
Exercise: Dogs receive up to three walks and playtime daily. Cats receive playtime daily. Guests are monitored for energy levels & behavior. Play sessions or walks may be adjusted accordingly.
Payment: We accept cash or check only.
Cancellation policy: If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please notify us as at least 48 hours in advance so we may accommodate another guest.
